INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING & SUBMITTING PRESENTATION VIDEO

Note: Presentation Video is compulsory for Online Participants.

1. Preparation and Recording

All online presenters must record and submit a presentation video as a backup to avoid connectivity issues.

a. Recording instructions -

You must be visible on camera throughout the video.

Use picture-in-picture or side-by-side (slides + your video).

Ensure good lighting and clear audio.

Follow your allotted time: 5-7 minutes.




b. Video Hosting -

Upload to your Google Drive and Set access to anyone with the link – Viewer.
OR
YouTube : Set visibility to Public or Unlisted (not Private).




c. Naming Convention -

Please rename the file clearly using the following format :

ICBTSD_Paper ID_Name of Author
Example: ICBTSD_79_Harshad
